Our client is a property owner, service provider and advisor that was established in 2013. They have one of the largest property portfolios in the UK and includes over 3000 properties.

A brand new role has arisen within the HR Division, for a Talent and Performance Manager to join the team. The purpose of this role is to build and embed a high performance culture and to implement a talent management strategy.

Role will include;

  • Leading the annual performance management cycle
  • Talent and succession reviews
  • Managing the development of individuals through formal development activities
  • Embed sound performance management programmes
  • Build career and development plans
  • Conduct a quality audit of all aspects of existing performance management
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to deploy and retain talent
  • Move the paper-based performance management process online

Skills/Experience Required;

  • Existing experience in a similar role - Talent, Performance and Succession
  • Property experience
  • Experience of stakeholder management - to include HR colleagues and business leaders
  • People management experience
