Our client is a commercial property/facilities management company who have offices in London, Birmingham and Manchester. This company have won awards within the property industry for being the best at what they do and the best place to work. An exciting position has become available within the team for a Team Administrator to support the Director/Head of Building consultancy and team of 12. The ideal candidate will someone who is personable and confident with second to none organisational skills.

Duties to include;

  • Supporting Director with travel booking and diary management
  • Setting up meetings
  • Managing team diaries
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Collating and presenting team data
  • Taking minutes in meetings
  • Setting up property inspections
  • Maintaining contact database
  • Putting together reports


  • Experience supporting a team within a property/management company
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
