Office Manager

Mayfair

Up to £35k

Our client is an independent Investment Manager who provides direct access to real estate and infrastructure investment opportunities, to both private and institutional capital.

They are seeking an Office Manager to oversee the running of their office in Mayfair. This role would be best suited to someone who has worked for a boutique organisation and has experience within a similar sector.

You will be responsible for;

  • PA duties for Directors
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Providing administration support to the team
  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms
  • Organising/planning office events
  • Travel booking for team (90 percent UK travel)
  • Dealing with external companies with regards to IT related issues
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Taking notes in meetings
  • Acting as gatekeeper
  • Preparing letters and dealing with correspondence

Skills/Experience Required

  • Office management experience
  • Experience within a similar industry
  • Professionalism and excellent communication skills
