Central West London

My client, a property firm specialising in high end lettings and sales, is looking for a Team Secretary to come on board to support the team.

Based in a lovely office in West London, the Team Secretary is an integral part of the team who will ensure the smooth running of the office.

Duties will include

  • Adding properties and applicants to the database
  • Matching properties to applicants
  • General administration including excel reporting and mail merge
  • Marketing property brochures, displaying property particulars and ensuring adverts are up to date
  • Invoicing
  • Managing the team mailbox, being the first point of contact via emails or on the phone
  • Diary management including arranging internal and external meetings
  • Liaising with landlords, clients and external contractors
  • Arranging viewings
  • Managing the office supplies such as stationary and kitchen equipment

The ideal candidate will be

  • A confident communicator
  • Friendly and hard working
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Able to multitask
  • Able to coordinate effectively
  • Be well versed in Microsoft Office packages
