City of London

Our client is an international real estate business with six offices globally, who predominantly deal with property development and asset management. This company is seeking an Office Manager to join its City office for a minimum of two months, to cover staff sick leave.

The Office Manager will be responsible for;

  • Providing administrative support to 4-5 members of management, including schedule management and meeting coordination, international and domestic travel arrangement, and monthly travel and expense reporting
  • General office over site, coordination and management (maintaining office/kitchen supply inventories)
  • Assist with IT/ facilities support as needed
  • Prepare for external parties visiting the London office by monitoring front door access, greeting and assisting guests, and covering main phone

Key Skills Required;

  • The ideal candidate will have experience of a similar role, within Real Estate
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
