Our client develops, regenerates and invests in commercial and residential property and manages a portfolio of retained assets that combine strong investment returns with development opportunities. This company has been developing properties for more than 40 years and continues to be an active investor and developer. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Office Coordinator to be a part of its successful and growing team and support the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis.

The Office Coordinator will be responsible for:
  • Managing busy diaries for construction and property team
  • Front of house reception
  • Inbox management
  • Setting up meetings and meeting rooms
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Dealing with invoices and purchase orders
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Liaising with IT companies to solve any issues that arise
  • Ad hoc email communication and administration

The ideal candidate was have the following skills/experience:

  • Experience within property
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Unflappable nature
