This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a challenging sole-charge, client facing role for an articulate, polished and professional individual with excellent communication skills and an extremely high standard of presentation.
You will be working five days a week from 8.00am - 5.30pm, where you will be required to:
-provide exceptional customer service to clients both in person and via the telephone
- manage all meeting room bookings, travel, catering, coffee and couriers
- overflow Legal Secretarial typing, billing and updating library statutes
- undertake general office administration
- enjoy an excellent remuneration package including the payment of Kiwisaver on top of your basic salary
You must have an energetic, positive 'can-do' attitude and feel enthusiastic about the idea of providing a top level of service to clients. Initiative and organisational skills are also a must, as are strong MS Office skills and the ability to touch type.
