If you are keen to work for a vibrant social firm who are at the top of their game and be well paid /appreciated for your efforts then do I have the job for you!

These highly regarded Partners are looking for a positive 'can do' person with excellent technical skills and a minimum of three years Legal Secretarial /PA experience, who can 'read minds', or at the very least be proactive and use their initiative when on the job.

Working within the Property team, you will be really appreciated for the work that you do. The work is interesting, challenging and very high profile. The other support staff are super friendly and fun to be around.

Experience with working as a Legal Secretary/PA in Property is required and experience with landonline is preferred along with great typing and word skills although candidates who have worked in other areas of law may also be considered. An ability to manage diaries, track changes, multi task and work well with changing priorities is important along with a great work attitude.

This firm offers a fun, transparent work culture. It's a successful progressive firm with the latest technology and a 'work hard / play hard' culture. They also offer an excellent work to life balance, and as mentioned, a very competitive salary.

Interesting positions like these are few and far between so grab this opportunity whilst you can and contact me ASAP!

Please note that candidates who do not have the right to work in New Zealand will not be responded to.
