Are you currently working in a law firm and feeling like you are getting nowhere? Are you ambitious, eager to learn and want to take on more challenge than you are currently? If your answer is yes then I have two great opportunities for you.. Both of these Legal Secretarial/PA roles involve Trusts, Estates and Wills. One of these roles also offers the chance to work in Property law.
Role A/ working in a family focused, medium sized CBD firm for a small fun team of authors including a fantastic Partner and a highly knowledgeable Legal Executive. Lots of variety is on offer where you will be working with Trusts, Estates, Wills and Property. If you are interested in studying toward your Legal Executive Certificate, then this will be encouraged. Experience working in at least one of these areas of law is required along with the proven ability to quickly pick up the other areas of law. Experience with landonline would be advantageous. Fantastic induction and training on offer.
Role B/ Working in a social, progressive medium sized law firm, where you will have a minimum of two years experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in Trusts and / or Estates, although training may be given. Working predominately 1:1 for a lovely Partner who works on high profile matters. This position involves assisting in organising seminars and events on behalf of the team so the ability to multi task beyond that of a standard secretarial role is required as is an affinity with MS Office software. A good mix of Secretarial / PA responsibilities are on offer in this role so a good 'all rounder' is required.
Both of these opportunities offer competitive salaries, a great work to life balance, ongoing training and development plus the chance to progress your career toward becoming a Legal Executive.
If these roles sound of interest, then get in touch and lets get your career moving forward.
Please note that those candidates who do not have the right to work in NZ will not be responded to.
