Our client is a well regarded Auckland suburban firm with a long history in the Auckland market. The firm is of a good size and infrastructure so there is plenty of support from collegues and the firm's systems and processes. On a day to day basis your work is likely to involve residential and commercial property transactions, subdivisions, commercial leasing, advising on unit title and design and build agreements, business sales and purchases, general commercial contract drafting and advisory work as well as broader commercial and private client work. The role has some scope to be shaped towards someone's area of expertise and interests but what is key is you have a solid foundation (5+ years) in commercial, property and/or private client matters.

The ideal person will be pragmatic, a good commercial thinker and able to produce quality work. You might be someone currently working at a large or mid-sized firm in its Commercial Property team and looking for move closer to home in a role that provides quality work but also a decent work/life balance. Likewise, you might have a solid background in general practice work and are looking for an opportunity with better growth prospects.
