My Client, a leading global software provider for the Real Estate industry, is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join the Client Services team based in the UK headquarters in Milton Keynes. With offices in over 20 countries, this company is rapidly expanding both globally and here in the UK, and the need for a Technical Account Manager is to accommodate growth. This role will provide support to a selection of the company's clients, and also manage key client accounts. This role has a clearly defined progression path, and internal promotions and hires are strongly encouraged within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritise issues and identify causes
  • Manage and resolve queries and issues effectively
  • Escalation of queries to appropriate departments
  • Gather information regarding queries for future support logs

Key Person Specification

  • You will have excellent knowledge of financial accounts, accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • You will have worked in a software/application support environment previously
  • You must be highly computer literate with good knowledge of MS Windows and Office
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills will give you a distinct advantage
  • Experience with SQL is desired
