Salary up to £45,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits.


Our client is a dedicated Property and Asset Manager for a portfolio worth £400 million owned by a European Fund Manager. Their portfolio is always looking to expand so they are currently seeking a commercial property manager to join their team based in Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial property manager looking to move to progressive client side organisation where you will gain fantastic experience across their portfolio.

Their portfolio covers the UK and consists of commercial office, retail, shopping centres, leisure, hotels and mixed use assets.

Supporting the Head of Asset and Property Management some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Full management and monitoring of their diverse portfolio and investments.
  • Overseeing with rent reviews and service charge - including service charge budgeting.
  • Identify repairs, managing preparation, service of and follow up on dilapidation's.
  • Oversee the facility managers and other surveyors.
  • Producing detailed quarterly reports to the wider fund management business.
  • Direct liaison with the fund managers/clients and participation in meetings.
  • Identifying value add asset management opportunities.
  • Assisting with acquisitions and disposals.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Member of RICS or equivalent commercial property management experience.
  • Ability to work independently and support the asset managers.
  • Proven experience managing commercial assets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
