We are seeking a Saturday Day Concierge to be a part of one of the world's leading property managing agents. This outstanding organisation has over 100 years of property expertise across the globe.

This position is a Saturday role in a prestigious, state of the art residential development in London.

Working alone is key, as well as being motivated and confident in managing all aspects of weekend front of house duties. You require immaculate grooming standards, to be focused and take great pride in delivering a five-star customer service, while being warm, friendly and welcoming to all residents and guests at the weekend.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Weekend handover reports to management
  • Being confident in all aspects of building safety operation procedures and who to contact if there are any issues
  • Welcoming and engaging with residents and guests, in a warm and friendly manner
  • Remain calm under pressure
  • Maintain the highest of standards of customer service
  • Making restaurant, theatre and travel reservations
  • Ensuring estate keys management is dealt with in accordance with the estate procedures
  • Organising deliveries, handling mail and dealing with couriers
  • Monitor the presence of workmen who arrive on suite and brief them to ensure minimum disturbance to residents
  • Complete daily property management reports
  • Answering telephone calls and replying to emails promptly and professionally
  • Constantly developing initiatives to ensure that the day to day management is as effective as possible

Skills and Experience:

  • Significant experience gained within a similar five-star customer service role
  • Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of London, London Markets, Restaurants (Fine Dining) and Events/Happenings is required
  • Good understanding of Health and Safety processes
  • Astute with computers and knowledge of Windows basic systems and the eagerness to learn the company operating systems
