EMEA Client Services Support Associate

Salary: £41,000 - £48,000 per annum

Office: Central London

We are currently working for the investment arm of one of the largest global asset managers with specialist knowledge across a wide array of asset classes, including fixed income, equities and alternatives.

The Client Services Support Associate will be responsible for supporting the Client Services team in a variety of areas which include the co-ordination of investor reporting, reporting system support, responding to events and data queries, preparing and issuing client communications as appropriate, ad-hoc project co-ordination organising and supporting client contact management planning.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining first-class client service
  • Supporting Client Managers for specific funds and mandates, building relationships and knowledge of the funds to support our investors proactively
  • Supporting the Client Reporting Manager with the in-house reporting tool
  • Co-ordination and compilation of the quarterly investment reports
  • Supporting the organisation and co-ordination of fund and where appropriate related events
  • Maintaining information on the in-house client relationship management systems
  • Internal reporting management - undertaking data analysis, coordinating the production of regular reports for internal management
  • Ensuring AML / KYC and compliance obligations are met in line with corporate policy and local regulation
