Cobalt Recruitment are working with an innovative and nationally acclaimed Property Management Company to find a Facilities Manager. The successful candidate will be joining the Duty Management team at a modern and popular retail location in the South West of England and be pivotal in creating a safe, clean and relaxed environment for the general public to enjoy.
Responsibilities will include:
- Intelligently setting, managing and monitoring a large operations budget.
- Managing a large team, ensuring employee satisfaction is high by building a strong foundation of trust and leading by example.
- Overseeing project works, managing contractors and carrying out regular audits.
- Establishing strong links with retailers and ensuring they meet the centre's legislative health and safety responsibilities.
Previous experience in soft service management and in the retail sector is preferred as is an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification. The ideal candidate will come from a managerial background and be passionate about delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
