A NZ owned and operated Commercial Property Management Company is looking for an Office Manager. The business is located on the city fringe and has a very welcoming culture. This opportunity replaces the long term incumbent in the role who was a valued member of the team.
The key skills and experience for this role that you will ideally have includes:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Trust Accounting
- Financial Month of end
- Disbursement activity
This is an opportunity for a highly competent Office Manager to join a reputable Property Company and to add value using your experience and knowledge. We are looking for a solutions based team player, and a multi tasker with the appropriate transferable skills.
It is important that you have proven service skills, a can do attitude, and a strong background in administration. Previous experience in the property environment is preferred.
