Our client, a large landlord and property management company, are looking for a Data Performance Manager to join the Property Management team to take the lead on all Asset Management Data. You will be based in the new headquarters in the City but liaise heavily with all regional teams across Finance, Operations and Customer Service. You will lead all data process improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

  • You will take the lead on all data improvement projects and head up the Asset Management data environment
  • You will lead a team of 8 regional Data Managers for all functional processes
  • You will design and implement a data improvement project to role out across the business
  • You will liaise closely with the Business Information team to ensure all data is correctly defined and sourced
  • You will be actively involved in evaluating and implementing new systems and software with the property management team
  • You will be a point of contact for support of systems and data issues across the business


Key Person Specification

  • The successful individual will be qualified to degree level in Property, Finance or relevant discipline.
  • You will have extensive Real Estate experience and be highly proficient on property management software
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel is essential to this role
  • Exposure to Horizon,Qube or ECS property management system is required
  • You must have experience in data heavy environments and have the ability to analyse and manipulate data and data define processes
  • You will need to be a personable character with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing a team would be advantageous
