This cutting edge city fringe Project Management company has a wonderful opportunity for someone with a few years administration or secretarial experience, who is looking to take the next step in their career.
You will be be the EA/PA for a team of Directors, where you will be privy to highly confidential and strategic information, so professionalism and confidentiality is key, whilst maintaining their diaries, organising travel and events.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task is also required, as this position will require you to monitor multiple interesting project pipelines by tracking schedules, contracts and financials, preparing tender documents and communicating across all levels of the organisation.
Your high attention to detail, multitasking ability and advanced Word and Excel skills will be put to good use. A strong team focus and a keen desire to build relationships with prospective clients and colleagues alike is essential.
An interest in or experience with working in the NZ property industry (law, real estate or construction) would be an advantage.
