With over 15 year's experience, this company have delivered numerous quality refurbishment and new build projects across Auckland. These projects have included significant residential, commercial, retail and industrial based developments.
As the business grows, so do the potential opportunities available to the successful candidate in this role. Initially, the role requires a Property professional that can market and sell down residential homes and apartments off plan. This includes the preparation of display homes, co-ordination of marketing material, and assistance for Purchasers through the sales process from inspection, contract preparations, due diligence, settlement and after purchase care.
There is also the ability for this person to assist in the leasing of several commercial spaces that are due for completion and delivery over the next 12-18 months. This role has flexibility and can lead to a potential development management opportunity within the business, as well as other directions.
This role will be remunerated with an above market base salary as well as tools of trade.
This role is busy and fast paced. It requires someone who is very motivated and passionate about the industry. As a client facing role, it also requires significant people skills, negotiation and the ability to close a deal. This is an ideal role for a Sales and Leasing agent looking to transition to client side, or for another Property professional looking to grow their skill set.
