Would you like the flexibility of working from home?

My client seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage the provision of hard and soft services;

- Maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients;

- Work in line with Health and Safety regulations to ensure strong delivery of facilities management;

- Monitor expenditure of materials and services;

- As part of your work you will oversee refurbishments/fit-out projects from time-to-time;

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- IOSH qualification;

- Full clean UK driving licence;

- Fully aware of fire safety legislation;

- Proven experience in Health & Safety;
