This sort after Residential/Commercial Management Surveyor position is for an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors based in central London near Oxford Circus. This firm are a well established, and expanding private practice who require a senior management surveyor to join there team in managing a diverse mixed use commercial and residential portfolio (approx 100 units (50/50 Residential & Commercial)). This position is the most senior position within the department and will be overseeing a team of 5 which is set to grow under your management.

Duties will include but not limited to:
- Manage the team and be the point of escalation
- Responsibility for delivery of service to clients
- Attending client meetings, regular client reporting, adhering to client KPI's
- Daily management of mixed use portfolio
- Management of rental and other incomes
- Manage credit control process
- Management of critical dates schedule to include rent reviews, lease renewals, externals and internal decorations
- Dealing with tenant applications for consent to assign, sublet, alter and surrender
- Reading of leases and extraction of date including Landlord & Tenant covenants and management of breach of covenants
- Target for internal fee generation
- Property inspection, repairs and maintenance
- Management of service charges, expenditure and review of year end reconciliations
- Collating date relating to insurance renewals and processing of insurance claims
- working knowledge of current health & safety practises
- A basic knowledge of leasehold, rent act tenants and assured short hold tenancies

Personal Requirements:
- MRICS qualified (not essential)
- AIRPM qualified (not essential)
- Management experience in both a Residential and Commercial capacity with up to date knowledge of Landlord & Tenant legislation.
- Comprehensive administration, organisation and communication skills

- Excellent client service skills - assured, respectful, builds and maintains excellent relationships

- Personable, friendly with strong leadership skills

- Ability to lead and manage a team

- Strong understanding of customer service

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £55,000pa + All training and ongoing memberships fully funded
