Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a Senior FM who is looking for a role combining strategic oversight and operational management of a high-end commercial portfolio within the South West of England. This is a home-based role that will see you delivering a top-tier total FM service, as well as leading a dedicated team of FM's in doing so, whilst retaining full flexibility with your own diary. Our client is a major name in UK Real Estate, with market-leading systems and support structures in place for you as well as the platform for continued progression in the business.

Key responsibilities will including:

  • Managing and mentoring a team of circa 8 FM's and Assistants;
  • Providing strategic oversight of the commercial portfolio, building a strong working relationship with the client, as well as key tenant representatives;
  • Managing the work of key suppliers, ensuring KPI's and SLA's are kept to;
  • Ensuring full Health, Safety, and Sustainability compliance through the properties;
  • Overseeing reactive, lifecycle, and project works where necessary;
  • Setting and managing service charge budgets.

Our client is looking for someone with previous RFM experience across a portfolio, ideally with a property owner, developer, or managing agent. An IOSH is essential whilst a NEBOSH would be desirable, as would be previous line management experience.
