Our client, a highly prestigious Real Estate Investment company, are looking to hire a Yardi System owner to join the Real Estate Business Systems team. You will be based in their UK headquarters in Central London. This role has been designed to link the Business and IT to ensure optimum performance of the Real Estate Systems in relation to business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will take the lead on developing the Yardi Platform in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure optimum performance of the product
  • You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to define specific business needs
  • You will take responsibility for the ongoing support and development of the Yardi Platform
  • You will advocate all change and transformation as it relates to Yardi and other Business Systems
  • All work will be carried out to company policy and standards within an Agile/Scrum environment
  • You will be the key point of contact for all Yardi queries and ensure you support the company in their use of the system
  • You will work closely with developers and manage projects to ensure continuous improvement and development of the platform

 

 

Key Person Specification:

  • The successful candidate will have excellent experience working in an Agile environment
  • You must have the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical sides of the business and be prepared to translate between the two functions
  • Experience within the Real Estate industry and more specifically with Yardi Voyager is essential
  • You must have a commercial vision for the platform and the business to be able to optimise the use of the systems
  • You will have proven experience in writing epics and user stories
  • Experience in managing or leading a team would be beneficial to prove leadership ability
  • A strong understanding of change management processes is desired
