Cobalt has signed up for a second year to the Sleep Out challenge for homelessness charity Centrepoint. This year, our UK Managing Director himself is getting involved alongside 9 other consultants who will be getting a taster of what it feels like for a homeless person. The team will be attempting to sleep on nothing more than a cardboard mat on a chilly November night.

Christopher Mackenzie, UK Managing Director comments:

“After hearing the great feedback from our team last year, I had to sign up myself this year. We have been working more closely with Centrepoint in the last year both from a fundraising perspective and a more practical level with offering work experience in our London office and CV workshops. Last year we generated over £5k from the Sleep Out challenge. I am hoping that the Cobalt team will exceed this amount this year.”

The Centrepoint charity is based in London in Soho and offers support to homeless youngsters. They go beyond providing temporary shelter by providing youngsters access to educational support and counselling to help them get their lives back on track.
