We are actively looking to recruit Recruitment Consultants with proven recruitment or sales experience to join our established and highly successful London office.
The role will see you initially start managing the candidate process on a warm desk sharing a vast client base and then in time, you will move onto a dedicated client base. You don’t need to have recruited for property before, although this would be advantageous.
At Cobalt, all of our consultants go through a thorough training programme. We prepare all of our team through systematic training from sector specialists and we have a dedicated in-house trainer who takes all new consultants through a 3 month induction programme. This covers the whole recruitment process (example topics include Skills Based Candidate Interviews, Employment Legislation, Search Methodology).
The London office is typified by hard-working, intelligent and outgoing consultants. The team is sociable both in and outside of work and takes pride in the service we provide for our clients.
