Front of House Manager Roles

Front of house manager role
At Cobalt, we place front of house managers into development and construction companies, global consultancy firms and real estate practices. As the position involves managing staff and liaising with clients, we expect professionals to have excellent communication skills, both orally and written. Proficient organisational and time management skills, as well as having the ability to prioritise workloads, are also essential. Having previous experience in management within a construction or real estate environment is advantageous. We have recruited front of house managers for many of our clients; this position allows for career progression as there is the potential to move into an operations manager role.
