From entry-level thru executive-level retained search, I have been able to pinpoint the tangible and intangible factors that ensure a successful placement.&nbsp;Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations and onboarding for Construction and Real Estate professionals. Working with industry leading Developers and General Contractors, my goal is to understand their specific needs and identify creative ways to deliver talent that will continue to drive their business.The sound of a candidate&rsquo;s voice when they accept an offer. Even when they try not to be excited, you can sense the feeling of accomplishment.
