The role:

As a Researcher, you will be working alongside a Managing Consultant in recruiting across the spectrum of the Infrastructure market covering Engineering, Commercial, Cost Consultancy and Advisory positions. Salary ranges of these roles would typically lie in the £50,000 - £150,000 range. Working very closely with the Managing Consultant, you will play a key part in contributing to our ambitious growth plans within the wider Infrastructure and Engineering space.

The main purpose of your role will be to take on full responsibility for the identification and attraction of Candidate profiles that match Client mandates. You will build long-term relationships based upon trust and service excellence enabling you to build a strong and engaging network. To succeed in this role you will need to be highly emotionally intelligent, hardworking and charismatic. You will receive extensive on the desk training with the longer term view being to develop you into a full 360 Consultant.

The Construction & Engineering team is sociable both in and outside of work and take pride in the service we provide for our clients. We have a blend of experienced recruiters and ex-Industry real estate professionals within the team, making us a market leading recruitment partner to our clients.
