Assistant Project Manager

Position Overview
The Assistant Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role works closely with Senior Project Management staff to ensure projects are delivered to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
Maintain project schedules and monitor progress against milestones
Review shop drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and completeness
Track RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Assist with site visits to monitor construction progress and compliance
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
Ability to review shop drawings for accurate dimensions, quantities, and compliance with project plans and specifications.
Knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and documentation
