An employee-owned real estate developer and general contractor with a deep, ongoing pipeline of ground-up multifamily projects throughout Westchester County is hiring a Senior Superintendent to join the team long-term, starting on a large-scale ground-up affordable multifamily development in Tarrytown.

Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll oversee all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through turnover, coordinating subcontractors, self-performed crews, and daily operations.

This is a long-term career opportunity with a well-established, employee-owned builder, not a one-project assignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite construction activities from sitework through project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, self performed crews, inspections, and daily site logistics.
• Drive project schedule, quality, and safety performance.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure work is completed correctly.
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, and ownership.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining project milestones.
• Manage punch list activities and project turnover.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor or developer builder.
• Proven experience delivering ground up multifamily projects valued at $50M+.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, quality control, and site safety.
• Experience managing multiple trades and self performed work.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 30 required.
