Adam Mills

Originally from London, I started my recruitment career in Australia in 2015 before relocating to New York in 2019. Now, as Managing Director of Cobalt's New York office, I oversee our US Real Estate, Construction, and Finance & Accounting practices — placing mid to senior professionals into real estate, construction, PE-backed businesses, and tech companies across the country.

I've spent over a decade in recruitment, and the part I still find genuinely rewarding hasn't changed: helping people make the right move at the right time and helping companies build teams that actually last. I take both sides of that equation seriously.

Outside of work, I'm a passionate soccer fan, an annual snowboarder, and someone who's always planning the next trip somewhere new.
