I’ve spent the last few years recruiting in the AEC industry, with a focus on civil and environmental engineering, construction, and architecture. From entry-level roles to executive search, I’ve learned how to spot the right mix of experience, mindset, and team fit that makes a hire work—not just on paper, but in the real world

I work with top construction and development firms to help them find and hire great talent. I handle everything from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and getting new hires onboarded. At the end of the day, I see myself as a professional problem solver who values both sides of the hiring process—making sure it’s a good fit for the candidate and the client.

The best part about working in this industry is hands down the relationships. You get to connect with people you might never have crossed paths with otherwise—and those connections can be surprisingly meaningful. One of my candidates even invited me to his birthday party! That kind of trust and rapport is what makes this work so rewarding.

Outside the office, you’ll usually find me in the gym, cheering on the Giants, grabbing some drinks with my guys, or attempting to play guitar (it’s definitely a work in progress). I also spend a lot of time with my loud—but very loving—Italian family. They keep life entertaining, to say the least.
