Commercial General Contractor seeking a Senior an Estimator to prepare estimates and build out estimating department. Candidate will report directly to the President.
Role:
Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
Analyzing Information, Planning, Reporting Research Results.
Requirements:
Experienced in HCSS HeavyBid, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project/Primavera.
Experience in preparing and winning bids.
5+ years of experience gained at a general contractor.
