Our client is a NYC Construction contractor, seeking to add a Compliance Manager to their Accounting/Finance team. Responsibilities will include:
The role:
- Ensure all Client Contracts are compliant with all specifications
- Responsible for payroll Reporting (CCIP and Certified Payroll)
- Enroll Subcontractors on Wrap Projects
- Maintain Master Tracker for all monthly compliance
- Ensure all Insurance Certificates for all entities and Subcontractors are up to date
- Maintain master Spreadsheet for All insurances - Company and Subcontractors Track Renewal Dates
- Maintain login Information for all Insurances
- Adhere to regulatory reporting guidelines and submittal date
The person:
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field, i.e: Construction Accounting, Compliance Management
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study
- Strong familiarity with Accounting softwares: I.E. MRI, Sage/Timberline, Quickbooks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with employees of all levels.
- First-class references, attention to detail, and a can-do, proactive mentality
- A home location that allows easy commute to NYC headquarters
- Fluency in Spanish preferred, but not mandatory
