Construction Accountant

Our client is a leading General Contractor specializing in multi-family construction. They are seeking to add an experienced Construction Accountant to support their Accounting Department. To be considered for the role, please see below:

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in Construction accounting.
• Knowledgeable in data entry, accounts payable and standard accounting procedures.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Detail oriented
• Certified Payroll Experience preferred
• Accounting Degree REQUIRED

Responsibilities:

• Record and track NTO's
• Track and record insurance certificates.
• Distribute checks and process lien releases.
• Distribute invoices daily and monthly to Project Managers Filing and scanning.
• Perform all other office tasks
• Entering Invoices
