Position Overview:

The company are seeking a highly motivated FP&A Manager with a background in public accounting and strong GAAP experience to join the Finance team. The FP&A Manager will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis processes, providing insights to support strategic decision-making, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models and projections to support strategic initiatives.

  • Provide insightful analysis of financial performance and key metrics to senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements in all financial reporting and analysis.

  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the FP&A function.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support business objectives.

  • Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a background in public accounting.

  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear and actionable insights.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience leading and developing a team of financial professionals.+
