For those not familiar with Billions (an excellent watch by the way, check it out on SHOWTIME), a fast growing Real Estate client of ours is looking for an HR Manager to act as a trusted confidant to all internal departments.

With work being added daily you will work behind the scenes to:

• spot and solve problems, mediate disputes, and deal with inter-departmental issues before they are brought to the CEO.
• Talent identification, management, coaching, and mentoring.

You must be a natural with people, demonstrate a strong balance of EQ and IQ and have demonstrated success helping companies plan, execute and build for growth.

7-10 years of professional experience - knowledge of Real Estate would obviously help but intellect, drive and compassion are key.
