Interior Designer - Client-Side Hospitality

Design focused Real Estate Investment and Development firm specializing in design-centered hotel developments across the US. This role will contribute to the design and implementation of interiors for the entire portfolio. The qualified individual will have 3+ years of interior design experience focused in the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities:

* Produce interior design scheme and programs for hotel projects through the development of renderings, plans, and elevations

* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, AoRs, marketing, and project management teams

* FF&E specification, procurement, and management of materials across the portfolio

* Design review of 3rd party construction document production

* Material and product research, specifications, and selection

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of professional experience with a reputable hospitality design firm

* Skilled in FF&E selection and procurement, and knowledgeable of hotel vendors and suppliers

* Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and 3D modeling

* Bachelor of Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent experience
