Project Executive

The Project Executive will provide overall direction and supervision of projects including oversight of Project Managers, Superintendents, and Estimating, and Purchasing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish operational priorities, develop relationships with owners, subcontractors, consultants, and execute plans for financial success.

• Assumes overall accountability for job-site safety and quality

• Create standard operating procedures for the Project Management Department, managing critical issues as they arise

• Manage the preconstruction phase to develop project budgets, schedules, logistics, identify risks, and coordinate constructability reviews.

• Provide high-level supervision across multiple projects to ensure goals are established and project objectives are met.

• Oversee and attend weekly owner meetings and visit project sites regularly to monitor project performance, costs, schedule, quality, safety, and project profitability.

• Ensure staff is trained and in compliance with operating procedures; implement performance evaluations

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture preferred

• Experience leading multiple project teams for ground-up luxury construction.

• Possess financial analysis and negotiating skills, managing complex budgets and schedules

• Proficient with Timberline, Procore, and MS Office
