Title: Architectural Project Manager

Real Estate Development firm specializing in multifamily housing. Self-performing organization with in-house Architecture and Construction teams. As the company expands, there's an immediate opening for a Project Manager to lead the design and technical aspects of new ground-up residential projects.

Description

• Develop concepts and technical requirements for each phase of the design process
• Produce CDs and coordinate with MEPs
• Lead and oversee multiple members of a team
• Shop Drawings review & process.
• Knowledge of building materials and construction methods, codes, and regulations
• Experience working on construction documents, schematic designs, and design developments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 10-15 years' experience in multi-family and mixed use projects
• Revit Proficiency
• Experience working on new construction and interior projects
• Must possess strong time management and people management skills and have the ability to handle the pressure of tight deadlines
• Experience working on construction documents, schematic designs, and design developments
• Ability to interpret construction data, engineering calculations and drawings
