Superintendent

Overview-

Our Client is a General Contractor that focuses on Interior Commercial and Retail construction projects. They are seeking a Superintendent to add to their team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of construction professionals; including work progress updates, schedules, and allocation of day-to-day work.

• Make sure the job-site is being held to or above company standards.

• Collaborate with Project Managers to determine budget and time line.

• Preparing and issuing project documents including progress reports, detailed project schedule updates, and financial/budget updates.

• Demonstrate Site-Safety procedures.

• Make changes as necessary to ensure the meeting of deadlines.

The Person:

• 1-10 years experience experience as a Superintendent working on Retail, Commercial, Educational, and/or Interior construction projects.

• The ability to multi-task.

• Strong leadership skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks with a team.

• Commutable to the 5 boroughs.
