Our client is a national Developer with an extensive portfolio of Multifamily developments throughout the US. With attractive financial stability and a significant backlog of work they are looking for a VP - Construction Project Management to oversee a national team.

The role

Leading a national team you will:

• Develop and implement best practice and standard processed for improving project execution.
• Work closely with Project Managers to identify key project choke points, staffing requirements, and all reporting.
• Provide regular reporting on key metrics and projects including budget, schedule, safety and staffing.
• Liaise closely with the VP Field Operations.
• Build a culture of continuous development for all staff.

The person

In order to be considered for the VP - Construction Project Management position based in Nashville, TN or Stamford, CT you will:

• Demonstrate at least 12 years of experience in the Construction industry.
• Have significant experience delivering large-scale, multifamily projects in multiple locations.
• Be able to demonstrate experience developing Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.
• Be willing to travel significantly throughout the US as projects dictate.
• Have a home base that allows regular in person attendance in a Nashville or Stamford office.
