A well known property management company is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Engagement Manager to offer exceptional customer services to their clients and customers.

The role will suit someone from a hospitality background looking for a change or someone experienced in the property field.

Duties include:

Responding to customer and client queries

Offering a high level of customer service and acting as an ambassador

Ensuring compliance to policies and procedures

Answering the phone and emails

Meeting and greeting guests and dealing with concerns

General administration

The company offers excellent training and management and a collaborative working environment.

The ideal candidate will drive and have access to a car.
