About the Role

We are a well-established commercial HVAC and mechanical contracting firm seeking a motivated Junior PM / APM to join our growing team. This is a hands-on growth opportunity for candidates with a mechanical contracting or engineering background who are ready to build a long-term career in project management. You will work closely with senior PMs and Project Executives across our Interiors, Special Projects, and Core & Shell divisions.

What You'll Do

• Assist in managing commercial HVAC projects from award through close-out
• Prepare and distribute RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and proposals
• Perform material and equipment takeoffs; prepare change order proposals
• Track schedules, equipment lead times, and expenses; assist with monthly cost reporting
• Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, engineers, and clients
• Manage close-out documentation: As-Builts, O&Ms, Warranties, and permits
• Attend project meetings and walkthroughs; prepare and distribute meeting minutes

What We're Looking For

• 1-4 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical contracting, plumbing, or a related field
• Mechanical engineering or construction management background preferred
• Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and close-out documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Procore or Bluebeam experience is a plus
• Ability to read mechanical/HVAC drawings and specifications
• OSHA 30 preferred
