About the Role
Property Manager
New York City (In Office)
Salary: $65,000 to $75,000

A privately owned real estate development and management firm is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day to day operations of a mixed use portfolio across New York City and the Hudson Valley.
This role will manage approximately 7 to 10 buildings consisting of roughly 80 residential tenants and 30 commercial tenants. The majority of the residential units are market rate with only a small portion rent stabilized. The position is fully in office in Manhattan and offers the opportunity to work closely with ownership while supporting the continued growth of the portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day to day operations for a portfolio of 7 to 10 buildings
* Serve as the main point of contact for tenant communication and service requests
* Process leases, renewals, and tenant documentation
* Coordinate repairs, inspections, vendor work, and building improvements
* Track violations and assist with compliance matters
* Manage accounts receivable, reimbursables, reconciliations, and budgeting support
* Maintain building documentation including insurance and loan records
* Support general administrative tasks in the office
Requirements
* 2+ years of property management experience
* 2+ years of QuickBooks experience
* Strong Excel skills
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple properties and priorities
* Strong communication skills with tenants and vendors
* Ability to work in office Monday through Friday
