About the Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 90-unit multi-family property in Beacon, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a Senior Housing community with a focus on Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance, resident satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring full occupancy and smooth management of all activities.
• Manage LIHTC compliance, including timely and accurate annual re-certifications.
• Supervise the onsite maintenance superintendent and ensure all maintenance needs are handled efficiently.
• Prepare and submit required State and County reports, maintaining compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
• Foster a positive community atmosphere by maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction.
• Implement operational best practices to drive property performance and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Previous property management experience is required; experience managing LIHTC properties is strongly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of LIHTC regulations, compliance requirements, and annual re-certifications.
• Familiarity with AppFolio property management software is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
