Our client is a leading GC in New York and is looking to onboard project managers at multiple levels. They are expending and have multiple ongoing projects.
Job Description:
Primary point of contact for all project related needs.
Oversee budgets, schedules, documentation, and trades.
Insure construction schedules are adhered and deadlines met.
Coordinate material delivery logistics.
Lead construction progress meetings with Developers, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.
Schedule and assist in progress meetings with Trade Contractors and Construction Superintendents.
Requirements:
3-7 years of ground up residential/commercial construction experience.
Hands on construction professional with a strong knowledge of project management software.
Strong verbal, written, and facilitation skills.
Excellent at meeting project deliverables.
Procore preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Degree in Project management/ construction management preferred.
