Construction Superintendent, Multifamily Interiors
Nassau County, Long Island
Our client is a self performing, multifamily focused Developer with a number of active projects on Long Island. With two projects moving into the Interior fit-out phase they're looking for a Superintendent to lead all Interior trades.
In order to be considered for this role candidates MUST be able to demonstrate:
- At least 3 years of experience gained as a Superintendent focused on interior trades, ideally on Multifamily projects.
- Strong co-ordination, communication and technology skills.
- A home location on Long Island that allows for daily site attendance.
- Familiarity of the PROCORE software suite.
$90,000 - $140,000 Base + Benefits
