Investor Relations Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking)

Based Manchester

40 hours per week Mon-Fri (some days requiring a 7am start to assist with calls to the Far East)

My client is one of the fastest growing residential property management companies in the UK, with a focus on providing an outstanding experience for residents and clients alike. An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the Office Manager with the Private Rented Sector (PRS) portfolio.

The successful applicant will be the main point of contact for all investors across the private rental sector portfolio, assisting the communication between my client and investors in the Far East. The role will centre on being a brand ambassador, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

The Role

  • Providing the main point of contact for any enquires from investors or their representatives through to resolution
  • Responding to all enquiries (via email and otherwise) within agreed timescales
  • Assisting the lettings team to produce marketing material
  • Help with the production of monthly newsletters
  • Attend investor and sales agent meetings
  • Support the lettings team with viewings for investors and sales agents
  • Liaising with clients regarding timing and value of payments
  • Regular client reporting (cash collection, arrears, investor payments, tenant balances etc.)
  • Updating of all investor databases and information on property software system
  • Update and maintain the registration or amendments to landlord licenses
  • Assisting with communications and translations to all clients and contacts in the Far East as and when required

Requirements

  • Good basic level of education - GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin languages
  • Experience of meeting and exceeding customer needs
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in both English and Mandarin
  • High levels of organisation, time management, prioritisation
  • A genuine team player
