We are a fast-growing NYC commercial general contractor specializing in high-end commercial interiors and complex build-outs. We are hiring a Construction Project Manager who takes full ownership of their work, leads from the front, and consistently delivers projects with precision, accountability, and excellence.

This is a high-visibility seat with a clear leadership track inside a scaling GC.

What You'll Do

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout with full ownership of schedule, budget, and quality
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change order management
• Drive project schedules, proactively mitigate risks, and maintain accountability across all stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery

What You'll Need

• 5 to 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Proven ability to run projects independently and lead teams effectively
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Proficiency in Procore and construction management tools
• A leadership mindset rooted in accountability and ownership
